Hmmmmm ......

Last I checked it is usually a big positive when mgmt is aligned with shareholders as I relates to having ownership of a company.

Now its a bad thing.

Oh well.

Mags and HEP Investments have had control of HEPI for 2-3 years now. All of a sudden its an issue. Funny, the company has never been in a better position.

My guess is any ZTS deal that comes about will be made with HEPI, not Mags. So should a deal arise, shareholders would likely be able to sell at higher prices.

But hey, those that don't think anything happens here should absolutely sell and find something else.
