Maybe you should do more homework. American bonanza gold corp was purchased per my DD! Yes indeed. Sure was and all stockholders of American bonanza gold corp traded in their CERTS! Even more interesting is that there was a SUBCO involved there as well. Oh well, FFGO is revoked. No worries right? Lol.... GLTU IMO of course. 
FFGO's assets that were sold to NMGL via preferred A and B shares are in fact just next door to American bonanza gold corps mining operations. (Even though they aren't mining at the moment). Hmmmmmm
