Is it true Dan pike put 16 million into SPNG, odd 15 million was wired to Hungary from CSTI from the "unnamed panamanians"

DATES ARE KEY APRIL THRU SEPT 2009, when did PIKE go on a buying spree???

33. Between April and September 2009, these six Canaccord clients received in share certificates for a total of 194 million shares of an OTCBB company, Spongetech Delivery Systems Inc. ("Spongetech"). There were 12 deposits that accounted for all 194 million shares. Almost immediately after they were deposited to the accounts at Canaccord, these shares were then sold for proceeds of just over $15 million (USD). The sale proceeds were then wired to bank accounts in Hungary. Canaccord approved the deposit of the share certificates and the outgoing wire transfers

Can you imagine what type of Emmy award he would win for his acting if he was somehow involved with these 6 Panamanians? Could he fool the trustee, the judge, Moskowitz .and others??

Sure doesn't sound like someone who lost $16 million??????

JMO

does anyone have proof that pike is still holding the $16 million investment? That he never sold a single share??? has anyone investigated his trading records on and offshore??

He claims he's moved on, has anyone looked into this?? Lots of contradiction

1st E-MAIL from DANIEL PIKE: SpongeTech makes him sound fishy (to say the least)

I would not be happy either if I was Mr. Moskowitz:

You sound like you just learned that a minute ago! (while it has
been known for a week now). You really don't sound like someone
who put $16 million dollars of his fund partners' money into
SpongeTech!

Mr. Pike,

You didn't answer my question (You just took a shot at Mr. Moskowitz)

I asked you: "Is your fund participating in the possible
SpongeTech purchase"

What is your answer?

Your exchange with Steven below is so absurd I cant even dignify
it with a response. Steven, as the world knows, is a complete
fraud and a criminal who has ruined literally hundreds if not
thousands of lives. The notion that somehow I wanted SPNG dead
given that I had bet my fund on it is just absurd. The company
would be alive and well if anything Steven ever said was honest,
but none of it was. I will await to see what happens in Ch11, but
have essentially moved on with my life.

Good luck

Hi Mr. Pike,

Is your fund participating in the possible SpongeTech purchase,
or you never want to hear about them ever again?

See below for more details.

Mr. Pike, can you please comment on this? (see below, e-mail by
Mr. Moskowitz)

I think your statement that "the company was a complete fraud"
shows that you do NOT want it to survive, while at the same time
YOU (and Mr. Furth) are ABSOLUTELY able to keep it alive.

You can say what Mr. Moskowitz says his "absurd" all you want,
but you will NEVER be able to deny you can do something.

As per the two wire transfers you agreed and backed out with Mr.
Moskowitz right after July 4... what do you think that shows?

Rationally speaking, he, and US Trustee are correct right? (see
below) That company called SpongeTech, that you founded, and that
made it to #1 in SportsBusiness Journal, and checkout aisle in
Walmart... it has no chance, correct? (rationally speaking)
(since Silverman won't sell anything to you, and Pike don't move)
(and Doug Furth don't move either) (I have an e-mail from Furth
dated today saying that)

David, I appreciate your passion. And if there was something
rational to do, I would do it, but while I think the product was
real, the company was a complete fraud, and I do not believe any
value can be recovered for equity holders from the former SPNG.
This is a view shared by the US trustee, someone I very much respect.

Mr. Pike,

Thank you for your reply. Let's forget Mr. Moskowitz for a

If it's true that you have put approx $16 million of your fund on
it, how in the world can you just be "moving on with your life"
and just "waiting to see what happens" and do basically nothing?
I really don't get it. You just sold for millions in PARL
shares, and you very well know that your SPNG shares can get back
to a much better price if you do something to keep them intact,
not wiped out.

Please explain the logic behind your "do nothing/move on with
life" thinking.

Problem is: I asked him to clarify, but didn't get a reply yet,
so I don't know if his "I didn't" reply means:

A) That he didn't promise to wire,
or
B) If it means that he did promise but he didn't back out of the deal.

So, if you show me an e-mail confirming he promised, then I will
have to ask him to show me a report showing that the wire did go
through (because there is no technically valid way you can prove
me that there was no wire that went through).
