So if it turns out Dittman was not involved in any fraud, but there were people connected with FSPM who were does that mean that the company is doneskis anyway? Or could it continue to run 'as per normal' if Seers and whoever else get convicted for manipulating the share price? Even if that happens I'd guess that Dittman wouldn't pay much attention to promoting the company/releasing financials (he doesn't seem like he's into that side of things), but I'm just curious if the company itself could keep going if 'only' some of the people involved with it are found guilty of doing bad things. And by 'if the company keeps going' I mean will it stay listed and 'trade able'.
