Probably the note holder dumping shares at a 50% discount to the market price to scare out the last few before IMO REVERSE MERGER news with FLTT. Then on to the NYSE MKT. I'm also thinking if AXLX merges with FLTT the FLTT share holders will get 2 to 5 AXLX shares for every one FLTT share.
