It's dead - it's over. A corporation does not survive Chapter 7.
There are no officers or directors. There are no assets. There is nobody and no money.
But there remain unpaid creditor claims. They are not discharged in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy even though the company is liquidated. Those debts continue forever against the zombie corporation (or ghost corporation).
