Please tell, how do you determine no share printing has occurred since their last OTCM report a/o March 31, 2013? You do realize that since ATYG is not a SEC filer, ATYG management provides the numbers on OTCMarkets website, right? Secondly, that same site has a 'Stop Sign' in regards to ATYG not filing reports with them. That means they haven't even seen fit to file the most basic unaudited report since March 31, 2013.

Additionally, the numbers you're showing are over a year old AND last time I checked the TA is gagged. Do you have any verifiable data regarding a current up-to-date SS?

In a not-so-nice touch for shareholders, they're incorporated in Delaware, the SOS flings and amendments aren't readily available online.
