Jan, I did read it. It's from the ruling I made the date estimates. Today is the last day for the first deadline. There's no material defect in fact. IMDS admitted to everything.

If you read my post, I said they will do something because they play everything out as long as they can with regards for the second deadline. However, SEC is not in the mood for players screwing with them, so even if they file, a ruling could be swift.

What grounds do they have? None that I can imagine, but then again, when it comes to fairy tales, IMDS is the Prince and Princess.
