I just looked on the Pacer site for the federal circuit, nothing yet, the last brief I see was filed 7/3/2014.

One has to pay to download briefs, which I will do (.10 per page), but unless someone loads it onto a public site there won't be a link. I may try to upload to drop box if I get a burst of enthusiasm, otherwise I will just e-mail it to you.
