I agree with TechKim. The only thing I use agoracom for is the pacers by Banos. Even those don't mean a whole lot. Other than that it's pretty much useless. PRs, filings etc. are publicly announced. Other info is not disclosed because of NDAs or considered inside information.

The retail shareholders are always the last to hear anything. That would be us. :0)
