That doesn't make sense as there would not be enough sgares to trade. I agree there will be a R/S that is a given. I would guess it will be 100/1. That would make the A/S about 180,000,000. He will most likely wait until the PPS is .03 or better. He would than have enough shareholders and a price of $3.00 to get on the NASDAQ.
