Yeah i get that.......the pennie i had thats ready to do a r/s also had revenue. Had producd on shelves at walgreens and online at amazon. They pulled it for repackaging and rebranding after poor sales. Revenue went to zero. They promised big things and had to increase A/S to get the cash to do it. No substantial prs for months.....than they announce a possible r/s. ?..the ceo has the controlling interest so the r/s WILL happen. Funny thing was he sent out two great prs after the r/s news.lol. His company didnt start out as a scam. I think his intentions were honorable but he eventually did what so many pennies do.....i also do not think he will come through on his prs. He just will use the money for his paycheck.....turned to the darkside of pennies. Symbol is pmbs.....look it up. Ubrg may make some revenue but i dont think its from any real business dealings. I hate thinking that but the more this stock tanks the more i think it.
