I hate to be a stickler but 1/10 of a percent is .1% or it could be .001 without the percent sign.

Malc's .005% is 5 out of 10,000? I think this is right...too late at night, LOL. Sound right Malc?

Sounds right to me, .0005 is 5 thousandths (of an inch say). When you add the percent sign, that's another two zeroes.
