PPS potential

Very rough indeterminate DD, if they complete asset/share purchases (51% of JK-energy and 100% of Top Laser), balance sheet could balloon on top line, impossible to know how much until filings, I'm speculating 35m +, if they issue 64m & 20m shares as stated in filings for both, O/S would be 176m, @.20, marketcap 35m.

All conjecture now, might have a sustained run with the right scope and time, considering shares issued to JK will be @ .01
