Those ore grades are not factual. Have you read the decision in the case UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. EXCELSIOR MINING CORPORATION? The Judge said Excelsior and McFarland were full of it and not at all credible. Based on the expert testimony, the Judge found:
"The preponderance of the evidence in this proceeding establishes that valuable minerals do not exist within the limits of the Wells Creek claims in such quantity or quality as would on justify a person of ordinary prudence in the further expenditure of his labor and means, with a reasonable prospect of success, in developing a valuable mine. The evidence further establishes that there is not a sufficient valuable mineral deposit on any of the claims that could be mined, removed, and marketed at a profit."
Not that it actually matters anymore as it relates to EXLA, as it appears EXLA returned both Excelsior and Liver Peak to McFarland. The company owns nothing. But who knows - maybe McFarland will try again for another pump and dump with another worthless shell before the SEC shuts that door for good.
