It's a great deal. Acquire some real assets that permit WGAS to sell a few billion shares by pretending to develop those assets. Then when share price hits No Bid x $0.0001 rescind the transaction. What's the net?

- few millions dollars in share sales
- no long term obligations since the asset purchase agreement is rescinded
- share structure tidied up via a R/S
