They pay to allow them to scam. Scams are not always deliberate attempts to mislead investors from the start, sometimes it is due to the inability of those involved to organize a party in a brewery, or because they spend more time "dreaming" than "working" or because they take more money out than they can make and run the company into the ground. Others do set up cheap companies, run them legally and rip off the investors. In sort, they do it to make money for themselves.

Your share price is rock bottom because you can't get it any higher. You didn't "let" it fall. It reflects the "value" of the company.

Do I have shares? Yes, around $650,000 worth at the current market value. Sure I want them to do well. I'd like WRIT stock to do well, but what has become obvious is that the company has no direction, no product and, after reading the last evaluation, it has no future unless there is an immediate change of management.

Talking it up isn't going to make it jump to $50 a share. Producing something, generating an income that exceeds the expenditure and adding real value will do that.

This isn't just how I think. This is what the accountants that published your last quarterly report think too. It is how true business professionals think.
