when a CEO is shorting his own stock, the bar for "success", that is, a successful trade, can be set remarkably low.

imagine that -- volk can wake up every morning with his goal of utter failure, and still make great money for himself and his crew.

but it's all been totally illegal. that's the problem. jmho.
