BBRD/S.D.E. Merger: Sea Wave Energy DD::


... sea wave renewable power is NEXT: ground floor wind and solar start up possibilities are shrinking as really they have gone main stream and are usually being built now by big corporations - which is great for the environment. The world needs all kinds of renewable energy sources to ween us off oil in the future...and sea wave technologies are finally coming to port.

But sea wave power: is still ground floor; best time to invest. And SDE already has international Patents and Patents pending protecting their tech. Also from a countries cost point of view: SDE's sea wave energy is cheaper, by far, to build then the other forms of energy production:


"The system has the highest efficiency in the world by the new method and is offered for a very attractive price. SDE had international patent and also patents pending.

The erection cost of a 1MW S.D.E's power station starts from $650,000 while a comparable station costs $1,500,000 from coal, $900,000 from natural gas and $3,000,000 from solar sources, and $1,500,000 from wind. In addition, S.D.E's production cost per KW is only 2 cents, compared to 3 cents from coal, 3.5 cents from natural gas, 12 cents from solar energy, and 3.6 cents from wind."

...meaning to us here @ BBRD, in the energy space: we have the cheapest form of energy to produce, that can be duplicated all around the globe which is 2/3 covered by the oceans.

SDE is not new, but was begun almost 20 years ago and spent most of that time in prototype/research/funding phase. But now it has gone beyond this start-up phase and has built and gets revenue from its initial Jaffa Israel sea wave devices -- BBRD will be revenue producing from day one.

Also, SDE is producing wave energy in China. ...i want to highlight this fact that SDE is NOT some 'idea-only' start up: they are already in business and out of the gate in this new fledgling sea wave energy global business:


"The company, SDE Sea Wave Power Plants, is concluding construction on its second plant in a series of three for China, which will generate 150 kilowatts per hour using the energy of ocean waves and will be followed by a third such plant that generates 500 kW per hour. In recent days, SDE signed a $1.2 million agreement with its Chinese partners for the export of the second plant to Guangzhou, said SDE.

This is the 12th such model to be constructed by the company since its inception, and the company maintains a model at its home plant in Israel, which simulates the movement of waves, from which the systems are able to harvest energy."

...to highlight again this very important bullish new business coming up for SDE/BBRD - i put three RED numbers below on this part about NEW business upcoming....as The Market likes new upcoming business, contracts and collaborations, all pointing to serious growth, more then anything...:

So with an AS of just under a billion, an OS around 700 million and float under 300 mil, and a company in a new field of renewable energy field such as sea wave energy - that has been voted best in the world independently, with already a dozen existing SDE wave energy devices around the world, and with more Chinese, African and European business upcoming: BBRD with the official closing of this deal Friday is worth a pps of: ??? -- i will let the Market and You decide. Certainly more then .03 cents, or a mere $21 mil market cap i should think - much more. ...but we know how pennies work and run so only invest what you can completely lose, take profit when deemed necessary, get to free shares and perhaps ride rest Oh My Hobbits, Dwarves, Elves, Wizards and ...even Orcs?
