They believe in their patented product.

Again, Aerius International, Inc. (OTC:AERS) has NO patented technologies or products.

Aerius International, INC (AERS) publicly announced on 11/25/09 that it had sold all of its intellectual property to private Delaware corporation Aerius International, LTD:

Assignment #2 shows that the patent was assigned from Aerius International, Inc. to Aerius International, Ltd. on 11/23/09 which was recorded on 1/12/10:

The USPTO documents that assignment of technology patent for the telephone, US7859470 B2, was transferred on 11/23/09 which was recorded on 1/12/10:

Aerius International, Inc. (AERS) can still have made phones under the patent owned the the private Aerius, but would need to obtain (purchase) a license. However, the phone is obsolete and never had any serious interest.

If Brian Sims is claiming that publicly-owned Aerius International, Inc. (AERS) still owns the patent(s) for the telephone, he is proving himself to be every bit as much a frauster as Bill Luxon. In fact, I'd say he's much worse in that he's expanded the lies beyond the recycled PRs about the phones into lies about deals with Sprint, etc.

I have long suspected that Brian Sims has ties to XtremePicks.com, which has HEAVILY touted AERS in the past.
