Are you going to declare them as income in 2015 for 2014?

Since Parilla told the SEC that he is distributing .12 per share to each shareholder, he should be filing 1096s on each individual distribution.

So, who does he lie to? The IRS or the SEC?

Nothing like paying taxes on an asset you cannot sell. Unfortunately, the IRS does not care.
