This letter is a joke! It is a smoke screen full of false statements. He doesn't mention that the reason they have shifted their strategy is because they let go the one person in the company that actually had any concept on how to open a new office. He doesn't mention that what should be the "golden ticket" being self insured is a a ruse to try and drive in investors. He doesn't mention that his existing operators are "yes men" and have no sense of direction, let alone the ability to stay focused and accomplish the task at hand. It should be interesting to watch how fast this burns out.
