Yep, that was a quote from an IRS Commissioner. That specifically includes using payroll taxes as some kind of "loan" since it puts employee benefits in jeopardy as long as there is an unpaid balance. And that link includes a caution against using employment service providers who have a disreputable history with taxes (like Schadel being late twice with a HUGE balance resulting from his latest scheme). As I've posted already, the IRS does not charge "cheap" for stealing. How smart is our boy Schadel looking now?
