scrappy that is the whole point on face value it makes no sense,why not in the 2nd qtr then you show a profit if not then you dont pay until they come due and pay or its higher and they convert but i did say earlier the same ones that own the series b,s also own the A,s convertables,something else is about to go down and its good! they need equipment but pay off 33million early why?
