Really? 2011 Beneficial owner convicted of money laundering and suspected of scamming veterans. Former attorney banned by OTC Markets, possibly disbarred, and guilty of fraud. Failure to disclose related party transactions (plural) to investors (illegal). Closest business partner and supplier suspended and investigated by SEC for fraud. SEC belief that FSPM may be lying about pretty much everything. Judge gives search and seizure warrant to FBI (based on a hunch I presume?).
Other issues: Secret customers (how many really exist?), lying about audited financials, CEO does financials himself despite claims of 3rd party audit (presumably because a legitimate third party auditor wouldn't sign off).
All of this in, as you've mentioned, a small business. I could name more but I'm on my way to dinner.
