The idea that these particular promoters may not have been promoting Fusion Pharm has absolutely nothing to do with Fusion Pharm. That's like saying "since the SEC didn't mention Bernie Madoff in their press release, it means they don't have any evidence against him." The two have nothing to do with each other. The SEC wasn't issuing an analysis of their take on pot stocks, they were issuing a PR with respect to a specific issue.

Fusion Pharm is in trouble for a litany of reasons, many of which have been discussed on this board (Sears is one of many issues). I would recommend researching these issues if you do have a lot of money invested with them. Why anybody would want to give their money to a company listed on the Grey Sheets with many (not just one) fraudsters in their ranks is beyond me.

Most marijuana penny stocks are scams and Fusion Pharm is no exception. Don't be that guy who hands his money to them. You will lose. As marijuana becomes legalized there will be legitimate investments to be made if you like the industry. Be patient. They will arrive. Even now there are a few legitimate pharmaceutical companies in this field that could be good investments.
