"had the deal [Bourque Industries Kryron alloy as a superior heat sink] gone forward" the requirements of the deal required John Bourque to travel to China and work with the Chinese technical people to fine-tune the Kryron alloy. Even if that was possible with no violations of ITAR (International Trafficking in Arms Regulations) and John Bourque was available, most likely John Bourque after dumping BORKs from the pump would have cease any further movement just as he ceased (aka ignored) any progress to develop with the United States government via their request to test Kryron on their own (aka taxpayers) dime & time.

Yes, It was a simple pump & dump (I forget where BORK's pps was, but seem to remember it went to $0.23) with the Chinese company unaware of the con game as the alloy they received was not made with the Kryron Process but included an alloy of cost to manufacture far greater than that which allowed for acceptance to be incorporated in their products.
