Looks like 1.6 Mil 10 M Preferred shares convertible at higher prices if they don't want to wait for cash or took stock. 290 M was out 450 Equivalent was needed to complete merger of company 40% larger company. Those shares are locked up and convertible at higher prices if they want them. Looks like the shares they needed to complete the merger filing within 45 days ahead of schedule, good sign Form D, not Reg S, and completes money owed to private investors also. M
