...indication that dilution has stopped and the new ceo will not reverse, and with only 499 million os with 40% of the os restricted for a time being means it may be in the works to not reverse split this again. Different vision and company soon. share structure low for a penny stock. Level 2 has looked very thin last few weeks and has moved pretty easily with volume. not much tied up here this time around.
