I read the 10ks and 10qs and see what everybody else sees. Sure its disappointing but what good is slaming a company you own stock in.Just sounds like sour grapes.Or he has shorted the stock and wants to help drive it down..If that is the case so be it. Some people bet on a stock going up, some people bet on a stock going down.Its all part of the game.
