Virtra doesn't have a patent on the v180 or v300. Wish they did though. But if it's a new product, I wonder if Virtra saw it being presented at one of the conventions or something.
Guess we'll have to wait and see what the full suit write up shows.
Hope all the attorney fees for this don't eat into profits too badly. A nice several million dollar lawsuit win would be awesome for the company though.
