I believe around 18-24 months or so ago, UNVC diluted a massive amount of shares, THEN issued a gag order on the Stock Transfer Agent.
”There's absolutely no reason to gag the TA. The TA is gagged 9.99 times out of 10, when the company does not want the share structure to be public knowledge, and that 9.99 times out of 10 is because they are increasing the shares, not decreasing.”
I personally knew someone that unwisely owned 140+ million shares, that was STUCK for 2 years in UNVC, a Non-Operating Shell Company. Defunct.
There is NO WAY the float was 200 million. That would have meant my connection owned nearly 75% of the float and controlled the float. NO WAY.
