in defense of 47cj2a, what he has posted you can see in the last 8yrs. of 10ks. as I been with them since 2008.nothing has been acomplished and when I sawed them paying each 196k apiece that took the cake since there was not any earnings.they see this board and they response to it . I said they needed somebody with a business and they responded with fred.this last 8k of putting back into the kitty for all those years and still staying at position is bad. they hire a lawyer to disolved them of any wrong and if you notice they put a clause not to divulged what the agreement was about. why keep it secret. you wonder why I dont get out. I am under water and waiting for another lol to get out. not been malious to any one, just defending our shareholders for speaking out. hoping I am wrong for all of us.I also believe that members of the co. are members here.
