No it wouldn't IMO. You would still have a failed and despised management team that has zero institutional ownership and 300+ million shares wanting to get out at first opportunity. You would likely have no drilling this year and a decreased reserves report next spring with the wells that have been drilled in the wrong places already shut down. They couldn't get enough money in a farmout to pay the debt and drill enough wells anyway. Farmout might get you a dime before the rush to the exits IMO.
