The dilution was not a surprise, they did not have any money. The alternative was to shut the doors. What else would you expect them to do?

Also, most other "pinks" do not have a product or especially one that works. They ARE selling the product because they have had the money to keep the doors open since they did not have anymore shares to sell.

This is not hard to understand.
