I don't think Eisai stumbled here, no reason to ramp reps before DTC started and insurance coverage was > 50%. What's becoming a big concern of mine is the lack of strong evidence of refills and patients staying on it instead of just trying the 15 day free trial - TRx is going up at a crawl, not much evidence that they're capturing patients long term yet. The increase in scripts but decrease in revs shows freebies are dominating real sales.
