So you are saying that John Bourgue's attorney "made contact" with the court in a date prior to the present that required an attorney from the state to reply else by default the situation desired by John Bourgue's attorney via their correspondence with submitted legal papers becomes the de facto result.

Gosh, Sure would be nice if someone with law skills on this board would "spoon feed" those like me that are trying to understand this situation with John Bourque, as in a time line of most likely events that happened and might now be under consideration to be followed by what may happen.
