For those that choose not to investigate Rule 31.13 cited by MerthyrQ in reference to an Answer submitted by JB's attorney to the Arizona Court of Appeals, its about what will be accepted by the court in regards to the degree the court will process the information, as in think of Joe Friday's "All we want are the facts, ma'am" presented in a format described within the rule.
