There is no relevance of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority intentions or actions that can or should ever be applied to the posters on a message board. Malc, it is not within FINRA's mission to comment about investor opinions, nor do they have any authority regarding what investors post.

If you can show there is any brokerage firm or registered securities representative that has posted anything exaggerated about NBRI then that firm would be the subject of the notification you are constantly referring about; they are not even referring to NBRI in any way. They are referring to trading houses or financing firms that seek to profit from making unreasonable or exaggerated statements to attract potential investors. Their entire purpose is to regulate the security firms and the financial institutions involved in trading on security exchanges.
