I am a shareholder of a legitimate and solid mining company in Australia, some time back GMUI tried to take a option to purchase our company's gold mining assets. After receiving this advice I contacted our company and was told they were trying to evaluate GMUI and were very skeptical about there ability to pay and fund any projects and were even more skeptical about their mining and management capability's. The company dumped this offer thank goodness. Good like to you GMUI shareholders I say that sincerely, these guys would not last a day on the Australian stock exchange.
