Seems Thomas Wictor is a questionable source .. this one on the Shijaiyah market for one .. see ..

at the very bottom of that link .. no idea what the image is supposed to convey, and his "rethink" could mean
that he has decided he's wrong on all of it .. i can't find anyone else accepting it wasn't an Israeli attack
Wictor looks a gung-ho anti-Palestinian conspiracy type .. his piece on the case of the 4 teenagers killed on the beach ..
