I think Intos is coming along for the ride. Hopefully we find out soon. It could be as how you mentioned it or sylios with Signifi having majority control could consume them shortly afterwards correct? Basically right now with UNGS a shell they are only valued as just that, what will someone be willing to buy this shell company with their share structure and other criteria that meet potential suitors needs. Usually this is pretty low value for share holders. Everything depends on the company that takes over, we just have to hope that investors realize the size, scope, and potential of signifi. I will be the first to admit that I am not the best with the filings and all of the requirements for all of this to take place (to boring for me). I do know something is up, I suspect it is bigger than just signifi, and I hope we hear something soon. GN Darth yoda.
