Fair enough. One point is the following: its one thing to be considered a poor CEO and not have your shareholders (not including him/herself or insiders) as one of the most important things to keep happy and satisfied. Its another to be a CEO where shareholders feel they were lied to, mislead, defrauded, etc. That's not good at all and will most likely lead to a problematic future. IMO
