Thanks, you almost convinced me that AS went up by 1 Bil since 2011. It is almost 4 years old info and I see there is a stop sign for GTLL. It means that company isn’t current but is still active. They are not obligated to go current, but they are considered highly risky, that’s all. The stop sign doesn’t mean that the company is revoked/suspended (many stocks are in this tier, and from time to time they run hard) it means that company might still be operational and its stock can be traded on the market same way as any other stock. You can buy, sell, keep, dump, flip… anything you like.

So, GTLL is not revoked as many claimed, also there is no proof that they are in marijuana business …as far as I know.

As of Jul 31, 2014 Market Value is $310,503.00 (info from OTC Market website)

No info from the company since 2011 means they are automatically downgraded to OTC Pink No Information. This tier indicates companies that are unwilling or unable to provide disclosure to the public markets. Companies in this category do not make current information available via OTC Markets disclosure and news service, or if they do, the available information is older than six months.

Many people are confusing OTC Pink No Information with Caveat Emptor. Caveat Emptor is the first rule of buying any stock - Buyer Beware!!!

Caveat Emptor - There is a public interest concern associated with the company. This may include a spam campaign, stock promotion or known investigation of fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders. During a spam campaign, any stock that is not in the Current Information category will also have its quotes blocked on otcmarkets.com

GTLL is on OTC Pink No Information (Not Caveat Emptor) and when they start update their info to SEC again they will be upgraded to higher tier automatically. With all those no bid “sleepers” there is a high probability that suddenly, without any reason, they run high and trade as usual.

I have my free lotto ticket, not planning to quit trading stocks any time soon, so I will stick around and see how it will ends. GL
