The appearance of "solid" support is how they lull you into a false sense of security so you keep buying their shares at or above that level before they instigate a dip through a rapid influx of shorting, causing many to sell their shares in panic, and then they buy back in at the base and sell those same panic sellers their shares back at higher prices a week or two later.
It's not fair, but I think that's what the game is here. Those with the information make money on the way up and the way down and everywhere in between. The rest of us can only hope to ride their wake and get really lucky once in awhile.
IMO this has been well-orchestrated to be set up for either a huge run or a small pop and then a descent down to a lower trading channel. Here's hoping for the first one!
