The stock is long term sideways/mildly down but has shown in the past in mid 2012 a series of long tailed doji and hammer patterns that indicate a level of support around 0.001 level. This should be considered a stop loss for those who would like to speculate on a bottom and high percentage return bullish rebound. If the stock goes below this level 0.001 then the position opinion should be reviewed. If a trade is placed then the position size should be so that it is only a small part of the portfolio. Consider the potential stop out loss acceptable to personal preferences.

One may also decide to sell half the position at 100% gain to get their initial money back out and let the remaining 'free' shares possibly rally.

Possible long term targets could be at 0.01 where doji candlestick patterns are seen and also long tail candles at 0.02, with a resistance level 0.1 also available to consider profit taking. Other past chart levels can be found and considered as well.
