This was a "sell the news" event. This was announced weeks ago, though not finalized. Today essentially announced that the deal has been executed...something that MDMN was never able to do in their past attempts with other partners.

In anticipating a "sell on news" pullback, I had planned on selling some out of my swing trade account at end of day today if there was a late afternoon runup on anticipating this news for Monday...but the company released the news mid afternoon today and messed up my grand plans! No matter, I'm used to holding shares in this company longer than I anticipate.
