MRIB absolutely can spend $10-15 million on advertising! Here is what the would need to do to make it happen.

1. Do a 1000 to 1 reverse split to get rid of existing shareholders.

2. Do a massive PR campaign.

3. Line up lots of toxic lenders to give her cash for the ads.

4. (optional) Kiss and make up with Bodie now so that he will loan her money again for the "next wave" of Marani.
