The stock price will not rise until a proposal/prospectus announces sales by newsletter. Until then, we tank to the bottom. No income means dilution and dilution means less value for shareholders. Announcment's of further R&D mean more money to spend; and, while no money to do it with, with no income from grants at the moment, means down we go!!!!
