If your opinion is correct, and it may well be. Then IF more shares are sold to private investors at 3 cents like the last offering, one would have to assume that the price will remain in penny land. Shares outstanding increasing to only pay big salaries, most investors want no part of that.
IMO investors in the open market are holding not buying.
The ones selling now IMO are the three cent holders, and if you notice they are doing that in a very slow calculated way.
Why one would ask?
